WEL PARTNERS or WHALEY ESTATE LITIGATION PARTNERS, (formerly WHALEY ESTATE LITIGATION) is a Toronto based Trusts & Estates Litigation Firm.

Kimberly Whaley is now joined by partners Lionel J. Tupman in September 2016, and Andrea McEwan in January 2018, and the firm, reflecting its partnership status, is called WEL PARTNERS.

WEL regularly advises Estate Trustees, Trustees, Attorneys and Guardians and other fiduciaries on their duties and obligations arising both at common law and statute. The WEL team includes technical, experienced, and skilled professionals.

WEL focuses on opinions, dispute resolution, litigation and mediation of estate, trust and related matters including issues of undue influence, depletion of assets, fraud, forgery, and suspicious circumstances concerning testamentary and related planning instruments.
