My friend and colleague Jasmine Sweatman of SWEATMAN LAW FIRM prepared a very useful chart for a conference at which we both recently spoke in Seattle, Washington for NAELA (National Academy Of Elder Law Attorneys) . The chart particularizes the governing legislation in each province in Canada as it relates substitute decision making. It sets out the relevant authorizing documents, cross provincial application and other important information. This is an excellent resource and tool for practitioners.
