You may have heard through news coverage of the fire which occurred on February 14th, at the Toronto Badminton and Racquet Club located at 25 Clair West, adjacent to our office building.
While there was no fire damage to our building at 45 St. Clair West, we have been affected by the fire. Our building’s basement (including Hydro vault; Bell Telephone rooms; and other building services) were damaged. We were evacuated on the morning of Tuesday, February 14th due to circumstances beyond our control.
We have not been permitted access to re-enter the premises to conduct business.
There has been no damage to our offices on the 6th floor of 45 St. Clair Avenue West. Files and information are all secure.
Until now there has been no telephone service, heat or electrical service available to the building. We are advised that this status may continue for a few more days.
Our email and phone lines have been down since the evacuation until now. Our email has been restored, and we have telephone service to our main line only. Direct Dial numbers have not yet been restored. We cannot receive faxes.
