I was fortunate to attend the Women in Law Summit, February 12, 2020. Thank you to the organizers, the sponsors, and to the speakers for such a wonderful event. I gained new learnings and insights from the various panel discussions, fireside chats and the interactive presentation on how women can support one another, and how men can support and assist women to grow and advance in their careers. The panel also addressed issues, such as, how to identify and address unconscious bias, how to define and shape our own success, how to utilize mentorship opportunities and turn it into growth opportunities within the organization, how to tackle the wage gap in the industry, and how identify strategies to attract and retain female talent.
