It has come to our attention that there is a scam being sent via fax, with an unsolicited letter impersonating one of our lawyers regarding unclaimed funds “payable on death”. To the untrained eye, it may look authentic. Please be aware of this and other possible variations. PLEASE BE ADVISED that this is NOT related to Whaley Estate Litigation Partners, and that you should take appropriate steps to confirm that any communications by fax are actually from our office.
