On April 25 join WEL Partners at the CBA Online Symposium: Elder Law in Canada – A National perspective on Criminal Law, Long-Term Care, and Human Rights, presented by the CBA Elder Law Section and sponsored by the Estate Planning Council of Canada.
WEL Partners’ Kim Whaley will be speaking on Criminal and Civil Responses to Elder Abuse on a panel moderated by Brett Book of WEL Partners.
This one-day symposium will feature three panels. The first panel will tackle crimes, remedies and support. The second panel will address National Standards in Long-term care and the third panel will delve into the Human Rights of Older Adults.
