Alycia Park, BA (Hons), JD
Alycia is a Lawyer at WEL Partners. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2025 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
Prior to joining WEL Partners, Alycia completed her articles at an estates and family law boutique in Toronto. During her articles, she gained experience in estate litigation, including guardianship applications and complex estate disputes, as well as estate administration and estate planning. She also gained experience in family law, including matters involving support and property issues, which provided her with a broader perspective on how family law issues can intersect with estates matters.
Before law school, Alycia studied psychology at York University. Her undergraduate thesis examined interpersonal relationships and was later published in the Journal of Social and Personal Relationships.
While at Osgoode, Alycia served as a Dean’s Fellow in Tort Law and competed in the National Family Law Negotiation Competition, where her team placed second. She also gained practical dispute-resolution experience as a student caseworker with Osgoode’s Mediation Clinic.
Outside of her practice, Alycia enjoys dancing hula, practicing Pilates, skiing and travelling.
