The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has revised and consolidated all Practice Directions for proceedings at the Superior Court of Justice: http://www.ontariocourts.ca/scj/practice/practice-directions/
The changes take effect on July 1, 2014.
Of interest to Toronto Estates Bar:
- The new Practice Direction applies to matters on the Estates List in the Toronto Region, effective July 1, 2014. It supersedes all previous Practice Directions concerning Estates List matters in the Toronto Region issued before July 1, 2014, which are hereby revoked. Link -Practice directions: Toronto – Estates
