As of March 21, 2022, all probate applications e-mailed to the Court must now include the NEW Information Form.
The Information Form, which is a user-friendly and largely checklist-style form, seeks particulars as to information about the filer, the deceased, the documents being filed, and the application. Revisions have been made to the Information Form and applicants should ensure they are filling out the correct form as required.
Further information can be found at section D(7) (Email Processes for Estate Certificates (Probate)) of the Consolidated Notice to the Profession, Litigants, Accused Persons, Public and the Media.
